Are they any good? I have just got a Roof Boxer helmet with their own anti fog visor and after about 10 seconds with the helmet on it gets foggy. I don't want to take it back because apart from this problem it is fantastic and I have spare lid for if needed for the winter. I know you can't get a fog city insert because of the shape of the lens of a respro mask as the chin bar goes outside of the visor so has anyone tried the anti fog sprays?

I use Bob Heath Visors- anti fog spray. Its the best thing ive used.

I clean the inside of my visor, then spray this stuff then gently wipe it off with kitchen roll and it does the job fine. In the summer i dont do it for weeks but in winter sometimes it needs doing daily if is raining lots, but it only takes 30 secs so its no big bind.

Fog city - excellent if you can make it fit, doesn't crease and it doesn't peel and let water in. Best I had when it worked.

Bob Heath is great but it comes in silly "handy" spray bottles.

I use the car equivalent (Rain-X I think?) - works well inside (anti-fog) outside, makes the rain slide off well. It comes in big bottles too and is cheaper.
Tacticle breathing helps - you know what I mean!

Fog city insert is brilliant... unless you wear glasses. My visor was always clear but my glasses fogged. I now use a foggy breath guard and that works pretty good.

I agree about the Roof Boxer- it fogs like a bu**er- having difficulty getting decent anti-fog spray here in the wilds of Cornwall. Does anyone know if Gloop is still available? Used to use that on my Shoei before I got a fog city (brilliant). That was up in Edinburgh though...

Never found the RainXequivalent of an anti fog was very good. AS opposed to the RainXstuff which is brilliant.

I used to have a fog city and they work well for a while until the seal goes (about 3/4 months according to the shop that sold it to me, and in my own experience). I now wear a foggy mask which directs the air down and I think is significantly better. The fog City insert can give a lot of glare on a sunny day.
