I Was in a right mess I come away with a black eye gashed face brused toes both knees gashed and brused, my arm was scratched and brused, I had hit this blokes misty blue wimurana, And he said we have I slight problem with him he chases push bikes !! not any more mate, the dog was in a bad state but is on the mend he said.although he is paying for the dammage on my bike I have not got the heart to sue him like some have suggested.......

You're battered but alive. These things happen.

I'd suggest that the dog owner should present you with a decent bottle of single malt, and that you should both drink it (perhaps giving the dog a little) and laugh at the absurdities that life throws you sometimes.

Well funny you say that me being a dog lover, rung the owner up the next day told him I was ok and asked how is the dog, he said that his paws were cut and he was brused and cut arround the belly, also said the dog never barked at any one before and now he cant stop wheN someone comes arround, I said you will find he will not chase bikes anymore anyway Iam glad I hit the soft part of the dog.
