Whats a good BT GPS receiver for TomTom?

[Parrot of doom]

Just got a Nokia 6680, which I intend to run TomTom mobile on. Whats a good bluetooth receiver to get from Ebay? Cheap and cheerful, so long as it does the job?

Forget (too) cheap and cheerful. Anything with a Sirf iii chipset is

(as per posts on the GPS section thingy - lol)

I use a Globalsat Sirf III with my mobile (Orange MPV S500) - works really well

Thanks, ordered one from Ebay, Globalsat sirf3 or something...
