Europa pic

On Autocars website there is an article Europa stays in Europe which shows a black car ( Europa I assume ) does anyone have a larger photo of it as it looks good in this colour - I was not very impressed with other spy photos on the net. Also can anyone confirm if this is the actual car or just another mule.

That picture was in autocar a couple of months ago, about a third of a page. I've heard rumours that it's what the car will look like but there are still test mules around so who knows. There is, however, another article on the car in Autocar this week. Autocar are saying it's likely to be launched either at Geneva in March or London in July. So don't hold your breath!

It will be launched in Geneva, I've seen it and if you like the Elise then your going to love the Europa, if you like the look of the Esprit then I think this might take a little longer to get used to. I feel this is the right way for Lotus to be going

Not sure whether it will work but someone on SELOC blew it up. Looks authentic - in some sort of warehouse. Beware with the spy pics as there were two version proton and lotus. Proton have dropped theirs.

Can't see the details in black but still seems restrained......

Hi all,

The car that I saw didn't look much like that, that's the Proton. I'm afraid I don't have any Pictures The best picture I've seen so far was the one that Autocar put up about 5 month's ago. that looked very much like the Car that I've seen, I can't say anymore I'll get someone into trouble

How much did they ask for as a deposit ? were you told that it would be about £37k ?

Haven't placed a deposit, just a letter of intent. But I have bought three cars out of there before and know the previous owner rather well. 'Apparently' our orders are something like 5&6 in the queue.

How about a game of 'Guess Who?' - slightly modified to 'Guess What?' We ask you questions and you can reply 'DING!' for yes and 'PARP!' for no...
...you can tell I'm quite bored this afternoon - so much so I popped down to Nutley Sports just to have a sit in a 340R, a Renault Sport Spider and a Caterham replica.
