Experiences of the 745Li?
Discussion
I was taken aback by the pounding these battleships have taken in the depreciation stakes, with several modestly miled 2-3 year old examples now comfortably nestling under the £30k branch.
Despite it's fugliness from certain aspects, it's sheer scale - particularly in lwb form - blesses it with an odd appeal, imho.
Added to which, the astonishing, almost Audiesque internal switchgear quality was a revelation following pictures which had done them no justice at all.
However, how are these things on the move? How does it stack up as a 'performance limo?'
Most critically of all, where is the fridge?

We have a 745Li 04 plate with 78k miles on it and has had nothing wrong with it, only ever had servicing and tyres from new!!! The used ones are looking excellent value, in Top Marques this issue was an 02 plate for 19k!!! got to be good value, especially with the service pack. My 730d is 6 months old with 35k and has cost £370 in servicing, and still drives as new. Who cares what they look like!!
Are you still banging on about that BWMan? Jesus...
I think you'd be more at home in a 760 Dez, much more becoming for a man of your stature.
They do like to surge on. Quite agile too for a big fat ba5tard of a car.
I'm sure someone can stuff some kitchen appliances in one, in fact I think fridge was an individual option.
Some non professional scouser who still has a job can probably correct me.
