Bonding Problem
Discussion
Hi Guys,
I won't go into too much detail as you're probably not too interested in that part of the problem suffice to say, I was adjusting my drivers side window at the weekend when I noticed the runner bracket that holds the runner that the window slides up and down (which is bonded to the door) had snapped. I need to bond the window rail bracket back to the door.
My question is:
a. Would epoxy resin do the job, baring in mind that the door is opened and closed which presents quite a force on the window frame itself.
b. Has anyone out there any previous experience with bonding parts on their Elise with success or not?
Thanks guys.
Regards,
Mac
