Would need to take the head off to check there is no block or piston damage.

If it is just a problem with the head, it looks from the pictures that someone is going to get an absolute bargain.

She just needs to get rid.

She commutes from Derby to Rotherham every day and has had to buy a Smart as the mini was just too unreliable (ended up having to rescue her off the M1 at midnight one night!). And with no garage its just going to go downhill pretty rapidly.

She hasn't got the money or time to get it sorted and is genuinely heart-broken to have to sell it. Just look at her website for an idea of how much she loved the car.

If it's just a head swap, 2 hours or so. Looks nice. I just came home with another one last week. That makes 8 minis in the house now. My mother is having a fit about it.

Its nice mini.
It needed some bodywork attenation.
I got some plan for her. going to put her on 10inch wheels. that mini deserved it.
