Last year the law was changed on when and time restrictions on using fireworks in your garden

I think you have to be done by 11pm but is that only on designated days throughout the year or anytime?

I thought it was 11pm all the time but kids will be setting them off until about 3am anyway so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Great login name BTW

The law is between the hours 8am till 11pm through out the year with exception to New Years Eve where you can fire at midnight to see the new year in

Hope that helps

I just wish people would be sensible with them. Don't get me wrong, I love fireworks.

The guy next door, has a microscopic garden. It's just about big enough to fit an average table and chairs, as are all the gardens around here.

He's been letting off fireworks now for about three weeks, at the weekends. The roman candles kind of go off, and the sparkly bits just fill the volume between the fences and the house.

The rockets go off and the "con-trails" or exhaust does the same.

I guess he has to run inside the house, and shut the back door. Seems more like letting off fireworks in a box to me.

[cheesy] Be careful out there! [/cheesy]
