TWR purchase of Daewoo centre

Anyone know a good site to find information regarding the purchase of the Daewoo technical centre by TWR Group back in spring (I think) of this year? Newspaper reports? Industry reports? etc.

Really looking to see what equipment / facilities the centre came with? What did TWR get for their pennies? Any ideas / rumours how many pennies they had to spend? All the usual tricky / insider knowledge stuff. Thanks in advance for anything.

Sorry - from memory all I got was the official release which detailed the boring public stuff, not the more interesting info you're after. Why the interest?
