I am currently with First Direct, have been for 8 years, no cause to complain.

Thinking about switching to the A&L Premier Direct Current Account in order to access the Premier Direct Savings Account (10% interest!).

Any good or bad experiences with A&L banking that I should know about before I take the plunge?
