The latest riots in Birmingham are not a bad idea, all the scum can fight on the streets and shoot each other until there all dead and then we can start rebuilding the area without the fear that these scum will just move back in and make it a 'no-go area' again!

It always amazes me that these journos talk of community leaders. I live in a community but nobody can call themselves the leader of it. Where do these community leaders come from and who elects them?

DENNIS: I told you. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week.
ARTHUR: Yes.
DENNIS: But all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special biweekly meeting.
ARTHUR: Yes, I see.
DENNIS: By a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs,--
ARTHUR: Be quiet!
DENNIS: --but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more--
ARTHUR: Be quiet! I order you to be quiet!
WOMAN: Order, eh -- who does he think he is?
ARTHUR: I am your king!
WOMAN: Well, I didn't vote for you.

Anyone else awaiting the inevitable renaming of 'the black country' for being offensivly racist to someone undefined?

Next we'll have the extension of the demolision programme 'pathfinder' as was set up in Burnley after the riots there...

CPS the troubled areas homes, move the people elsewhere, knock down the houses, rebuild new 'uns have a housing association come in or offer the goverments home ownership scheme to enable to folk to move back into the new expensive 'asperational' homes...

and neatly get the gov. a nice 50% share in their home and make a nice profit if they move within 25 years...

scared but happy

The kneejerk reaction of removing/banning all guns from the UK worked then They were told at the time that the criminal element would not hand them in. Did they listen......?

Interesting point!

What makes them so big-headed that they think this scum will listen to them?

They have no respect for there area, there homes, family, law, police, society, comunity or anything else...

"oh hang on... lets stop this because winston at no 43 and ibraq mohamed momsashah at no. 16 says we should"

I hate this country at times to many people worrying about pathetic PC bollox and missing the BIG issues by a mile!

BURN THEM ALL

Considering that the police can't find the victim and there is no forensic evidence at the "crimescene" I would say it's probably all cobblers

apparently the story was made up by business rivals because they didnt like the fact that he was selling "black" products (not sure what they were)
and he was asian. His shop was supposedly putting black shops out of business.

currently on Jeremy Vine R2.

Paint
Boot polish
Liquorice
Treacle
Marmite
Ink
Toner
Bin Bags

When my wife wants to buy "West Indian" stuff she has to go to a Pakistani run shop - there don't seem to be any "Black" shops in Bristol...

I find it staggering that sane people think it is ok for the punishment of a crime to be gang rape and who in this day and age thinks its ok to carry out the punishment.

Hmmm, Interesting, so for once we have a race riot between non-white citizens, it was only a matter of time.

As in many areas we are following in the footsteps of the USA. The LA riots at the acquittal of the policeman responsible for the beating of Rodney King turned in many areas into a pogrom against Asian businesses.

In both America and Britain unemployment is more prevalent amongst the black population than that of the population as a whole. Asians often tend to share the same areas and, in general, have a stronger work ethic.

Nothing new at all. There have been huge tensions betwen West Indians and Pakistanis in High Wycombe for years. I had a black West Indian girlfriend there who was a Guardian reading Labour Party supporter. She professed to hating "them" and couldn't see why this was racist.

I had a black African girlfriend in West London who regularly complained about being targetted for racial abuse by Sikhs when she went shopping in Southall.

Had to laugh, tho, on the BBC news, "The rioting continued until heavy rain started, then the teenagers went home."

Ah yeah, they're all so solid hard as nails rioters, until it rains and then they go home to mummy.

Reminds me of the Riot on "Only Fools&Horses"

Raquel leaves Del, staying at Rodney and Cassandra's place. Del does what any man would: Organises a date with Beverly, his dentist's receptionist. He cancels it as soon as he comes to his senses.
A changed man, he invites Raquel back. After drunkenly starting a riot on the estate he sells the Russian gear to both the cops and the robbers.
