Where to start a build site?

I'm looking for a place to start a build site, any recommendations?

How's about in your garage? I use NextGen Hosting. They have been pretty good, not expensive, and the user control panel is easy. It's $7 per month for 250 MB storage and 10 GB of data transfer. I believe they are in New Jersey.

Depending on the level of detail, it takes a fair amount of work to do a build site, but it's a great way of recording the build experience.

The hardest part is doing something 'new', otherwise they all start looking the same?

I use www.netfirms.com and their system is very good. I setup the website, bought the domain and put up a basic front page, all during a boring one hour conference call at work .
