How do I attach the lower bolt on the rear wing?

I have the rear wing (on a GTR) in place, but I'm unsure how to attach the lower bolt on the bracket that is inside the car.

The holes line up nicely against the rectangular section of the GRP that sticks out. But how do you get inside there to put on the washer and nut?

I'm thinking I can cut a hole on the side of the rectangular piece so I can get access to the back of the bolt, but I wanted to check before making any mistakes.

Drill right through from the bracket side trying to keep the drill at 90 degrees to the moulded section. The drill will come out inside the wheel arch. Open that hole with a conical cutter to about an inch to correctly fit a blanking grommet you will later use to fill the hole. The hole needs to be that size so a socket will pass through to tighten the bolt.

Edit. cutting the side of the section will weaken it which is not good as it is transmitting all of the wing downforce.
