'Keep it real,' says Dave Cameron

Mr Cameron was called "Dave" through the interview
He may be an Old Etonian but Tory hopeful "Dave" Cameron showed he could keep up with street lingo as he urged radio listeners to "keep it real".
Urged to "put a shout out" while appearing on a community radio station, he hesitated for a moment.

"This is a great project, this is a great community, keep backing it, keep it real," he told Life FM in London.

Outside the station, one man urged him to ignore questions about drug use, saying: "We've all been bad boys."

just watched this on c4 news...

considering how full on that guy was, cameron came out of it really well.

plus in the latest guardian icm poll, people were asked who they would vote for..gordon brown or david cameron..

Cameron got %44 and brown %36...polls can be bollox, but that did suprise me.

I disagree, I think that reaction may be your own to the idea of yourself making such intonations...I think he carries it off because I can actually see him being a 'normal' sort of person

just a hunch...

OK, so you moan because he went to Eton, then when he lets people call him 'Dave' and he dares to use popular phrases, you still complain. WTF is the bloke to do? Or would you prefer David Beckham as PM?

Please tell us how Mr Cameron can present himself in a manner that is acceptable to you. Toff or Chav, where do you feel happiest?
