House Price Websites

[mustard]

Anyone know any good websites for RECENT property transactions? (Ideally free but I'll pay if I have to :D )

http://www.landregisteronline.gov.uk failed to tell me what i needed to know (cost £2 for the privilege :ranting: )

www.upmystreet.co.uk shows average prices in your area...

Thanks for your suggestions Chaps, none quite uptodate enough for the property I wanted to compare.

Anyway, stuck mine on the market, so we'll hopefully find out first hand!

They are updated approx every 3 months as the Land Registry only releases their figures every 3 months.
The site Tonker recommended is usually the best and free
