Has anyone any experience f using pplive?

When using this my media player screen frequently pauses.
Are there some setting si can make to improve this?
(th ebuffer always seems to be over 90% full)
Could it be ecaus ei am using wireless connection at home?
Or is it just that my ADSL conenction is not fast enough?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Are te settings that i need to make for internet conenction or for windows media player?
