A few months ago my wife started a new business and I knocked up a really basic Teams/SharePoint list to log enquires some basic client information

It's done the job but it's a bit clunky and as they are growing pretty rapidly a better solution is needed.
At the same time I converted a pretty complex spreadsheet into a database with a Web front end and although it works I can't deny I am right on the edge of my abilities and I'm flying by the seat of my pants.

I am probably going to have to call in someone who actually knows what they are doing rather than rely on my 20 year out of date skills and AI.

What sort of professional am I looking for? - it needs to be integrated with the 365 world as I can't face training a load of people who have limited skills in this area.

Sounds like CRM to me.

Dynamics is the Microsoft-native solution for 365, https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/dynamics-365/produ...

There are any number of non-MS solutions.

It's a crowded market, here's some names (not, I'm not recommending anything specific, it's just a selection of vendors on one page) https://startups.co.uk/crm-software/best-crm-for-s...

Thanks
My not-quite-trusted AI is suggesting it's a job for Dataverse, which is a new one for me as a fully fledged CRM would be overkill
