Bedroom Downlights Glowing at Night

That’s the best photo I could muster!

We have six recessed downlights in an upstairs bedroom and they glow all night when they are off. Visually it looks like there are round glow in the dark stickers on the ceiling.

Is this something to be concerned about?

For science I would turn the power off and see what happens

If the wall switch is ancient, I'd put money on it being that. Swap it for a modern LED-compatible one.

It'll be the LED bulbs and their compatibility with the light fitting. We have it in a downstairs light but have left it as it serves as an unintended night light if i have to left the dog out during the night
