Parts wise from memory you need the following, there are lots of guides online if you do a search.

Cambelt kit including tensioner spring
Cam cover gasket
Cam seals
Water pump and gaskets
Coolant
Sealant for cam cover corners
Maybe Aux belts if old
Some do the cam angle sensor seal

Dead easy to work on with a Halfords toolkit and the Haynes manual and (if you can find it at reasonable money) the workshop manual.

Take your time, bag things up and number them as you take them off, refitting is the reverse of removal.

A cam pulley locking tool is a good purchase to stop things moving.
