I know the Team Langoustine guys and am sure all the 1st Tickets customers will be looked after
Nope, quote from the email"If you've previously enquired or registered interest with 1st Tickets for 2027, please note that this doesn't hold a place for you. Your reservation is only confirmed once your 35% deposit has been paid."
My choice is currently sold out on TL site

Years of being a faithful customer, registered "on a list" for 2027 with 1st Tickets and my previous/preferred options are sold out on the TL website.
I feel a bit shafted and can only guess TL may not get all of 1st Tickets allocation.
This is my concern. I think its going to be a case of see what comes for sale (as it will) then jump on it.I feel a bit shafted and can only guess TL may not get all of 1st Tickets allocation.

Don't panic. Data is still being loaded - this has all only just happened and the data sets aren't an exact match so it's taking a bit of time. Sales data has been loaded, estimated availability about to be updated this evening. Then everything needs to checked over and a bit of tidying I'm sure.I feel a bit shafted and can only guess TL may not get all of 1st Tickets allocation.
It will probably take a week to settle and review.
You will need to reserve your requested booking with a deposit straight away though as TL do not run a provisional waiting list system.

Give them a little time, I think they are still importing the 1st Ticket allocations into their system.

Thanks for the suggestion to wait but how long to wait and when? (I am genuinely asking as you seem to know something that the general public do not know).
I don't want come across all aggro but I can now see the public campsites bookable that weren't available earlier this week on the TL site but now are.
But my preferred one(s) are not and I do not know if that will be yet or ever so debating to settle for something else.
As a note to all none of the three official agents have received their allocation this is unlikely to be received until at least the end of the month. We are all assuming that we will get a similar allocation but we will have to wait and see. We will not be able to release prices until the ACO have launched theirs which will be probably at the start of November 2026.
The three official agents in the UK are
https://www.lycianevents.com/ - https://justtickets.co.uk/
https://traveldestinations.co.uk/en
And Team Langoustine
May i remind everyone when booking a package that you check that the agent complies with theThe Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018

Have you tried calling or emailing to discuss? We did make it clear we were loading significant amounts of data in different chunks because both companies run completely different systems and modus operandi. this isn't a simple copy and paste. It's a bit of a moving beast and we tried to make it clear it would take a week potentially. we're on day 3 currently.
Many people have been in touch and have placed a reservation deposit.
We would call you but we don't know who you are?
