On Sunday i couldn't start a charge, this was the same across both my vehicles. The short of it being the the Octopus ecosystem never saw the car being plugged in.

Cars are a Kia EV3 and a Mustang Mach-E
Charger is a hypervolt V2 home

Integrationsis to the charger and the charger see the cars as connected

Rebooted the charger - no change
reset the integration - no change
removed the integration - sets up but wont see the car to finalise (kia)
removed the integration - sets up but wont see the car to finalise (ford)

Octopus have said this might be a wider issue, they might be looking at it

anybody else seeing similar?

Currently not integrated and set on a locked down 23:30-05:30 schedule at the guidance of octopus

We have had this a couple of times over the last few years and was always fixed with the full switch off at the fuse board of the charger. But it sounds like you have tried that already!

That's what I did last year, reliable charging at the cheaper rate since although I don't get daytime slots any more. Lets face it, the intelligent bit is more for their benefit that ours.

I had a similar problem this weekend with a Kia e-Niro, Myenergi Zappi, Octopus Intelligent Go, Tesla Powerwall, and Netzero App supposedly running it all.

Ended up pretty-much starting afresh. I tried reintroducing the car and charger to Octopus many times but it wasn't having it.

I'm not sure what the eventual difference was but it works ok again now. I think a glitch at the Octupus end.
