Bad Accomodation

Went to Spa Francorchamps for the 6hr and to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Booked a studio close to the circuit which was spacious and well equipped. The studio was part of a larger building with other rooms. There were about 20 Dutch staying there. No problem until the music, singing, shouting and general racket started and went on till 3am. Complained to the host and to be fair didn’t hear another peep from them. The worst part however was the mosquitos in the studio. Each time we came back I killed at least 20 that I could find but we both got bitten at least 20 times each night. My wife has more than 20 bites on her face alone. The host has apologised but doesn’t really seem to believe me. I suggested they sleep in the studio and see how they get on.
Where do I stand?
