2005 55k BMW 325i se manual fsh 1 owner

Morning, i recently came into ownership of a 2005 BMW 325i se manual with 55k on the clock, fsh and 1 owner from new. She runs well with no faults.
Don't know too much about these cars apart from its a straight six and is almost a classic of sorts and maybe desirable.
Body work is straight and never been involved in any bumps or accidents. Has been kept in garage all it's life and has very good interior.
My daily is a volvo 2litre d with 120k on the clock and I'm really contemplating making the switch into the BM....thoughts anyone 😉

Out of interest, as there was a model change-over in around 2005, is it the E46 or E90 version and does it have two or four doors?
I'd guess that it might be worth something between three and four grand.
If you use it daily, the things that are special about it, like the low mileage and the condition, will probably be affected, plus there may be some big bills like the cooling system and brake pipes (the rear ones run over the fuel tank).
It'll use more fuel than your diesel Volvo.

Its the e90 four door saloon in silver, the sentimental value also has some pull due to it being in the family for 20 years.
I don't daily much more than 100 miles a week these days and the cost of diesel is creeping higher. TAX is obviously higher on the BM however as you say the bills for upkeep could also impact the budget however I do know this car has been well looked after so is it worth the risk ahhh the dilemma ha ha
