2012 V12 Vantage Steering Wheel Vibration at Low Speeds

Just picked up my 2012 V12 Vantage a couple of days ago! Overall the car feels great, but I've noticed an issue that I wanted to get to the bottom of.
When turning the steering wheel at very low speeds (parallel parking and 3-point turns), the steering wheel (not the rest of the car) shudders a lot, to the point that it's noticeable to the passenger. The judder also happens when the car is stationary with steering lock on, but importantly, goes away when I apply more throttle whilst slipping the clutch. I don't think it's the typical Ackermann / wheel hopping effect you often see on sportscars (I've had it on my Porsche before) - this is coming directly from the steering and at much lower speeds.
I've done a bit of research on AM forums and seems like this happens to some V12 owners and some say it's normal for these VH cars? But I'm not 100% sure if the symptom is exactly the same as mine though... Some owners have said it could be low steering fluid or issue with the pump, but my car's had a major service a month ago (steering fluid top up included) so not sure if this is normal or something more sinister.
Any insight on what this might be would be very much appreciated!!
