Works for me as well.

Double check your zoom level, I think that can bork it sometimes. And or a reboot of the app.

If I log in through safari on my iPad it’s fine, on the phone using the app, the dialogue box has the central select image options missing. I’d post up a screenshot but can’t

Never bothered with the app (use FF on iOS but installed it and logged in and It's same for me on iOS so it looks like it's an app related issue
