The Jane McDonald Show (Living The Dream)

Just wanted to say what a great entertainer Jane McDonald is.

I went to one of her shows on her current "Living The Dream" tour, and it was excellent. Last one is tonight in Leeds.

She has that rare ability to 2-way interact with the audience in a live-show way, not just leave them feeling like wallpaper. That takes a great deal of experience and presence of mind.

Historical search on PH seems to have some JM haters, can't think why. She's 63 now, so do expect a bit of make-up! But she can still sing, and the 10-piece band behind her is superb.

If I was a cruise person (I'm not) I'd be tempted to go on one of her cruises, another one is starting next week if you're interested.

Originality may not be her forte, but I wouldn't call it karaoke!

Her show included a tribute to Dolly Parton, and so they did 3 of her songs.

I quite like her as a person,she comes across as a lot of fun, I'm not into her music at all....her autobiography is worth a read
