Digital key issues after upgrading phone

Hi all,

We have an X2 that uses Digital Key and we've never had any issues with it. Neither my wife nor I have ever needed to carry the physical key, as we've always been able to unlock and start the car using our phones. However, last weekend my wife upgraded her phone and now she can't use it to start the car. Everything transferred over to her new phone ok and the Digital Key appears to be registered correctly, and the phone will unlock/lock the car without any problems, but when she tries to start it, nothing happens.

Has anyone come across this before or got any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you re registered the digital key with the two physical keys in the car. I believe this is the correct process, thats what I have had to do with my new phone in my car.

I had the same issue after upgrading my phone to 18 pro. tried re-registering with both keys and it seemed ok but it said car not available in my wallet. Switched to phone off / on and its now ok.
