Looking for suggestions for home routines that incorporate a spinning bike.

I try and do some home phyz each day based around a long day working from home. I stick a YouTube 30min vid on and follow that (Tabata, Girvan, Yeoh, Wickes etc) but I’m also doing long walks whilst the weather is still decent.

I’ve got a standard spinning bike in my room (no console). I’d like to incorporate it into my phyz but I find the spinning YouTube routines quite boring. Any suggestions for mixing spinning with other routines - something more than ‘use the bike for a warm up or cooldown’!

I do 90-120mins on a KICKR Bike every day. I often do Zwift group rides which alleviate the boredom, but other times just have a TV set up right in front of me with sport/movies/bing-watchable series or even just the news.

Thanks 🙏
When I lived in Belgium many years ago the gym I was at had a large screen in front of a row of spinning bikes. You could put on a routine and it would have you cycling through the Pyrenees or through the Black Forest or along the coastal road in Monaco urged on by a virtual instructor. It was great!

I can’t find anything thats similar and free.
