Anyone got a recommendation for noise cancelling earplugs?

Mrs is adamant I snore yet no one else has ever complained. She has some loop ones but can still hear me allegedly which is bizarre as my phone says I've not made a noise hehe

Save me from digs in the ribs please.

I use Decibullz Earplugs for shooting, you can get them off Amazon.

They would be better than the squishy type ones I think as they sit flatter in your ears.

Hush plugz silicone earplugs you will find them on Amazon. They mould into your ears and can cancel out most snoring I’ve worn them for 10 years! 1 plug does 2 ears for me cut it in half.

I have the Alpine Sleepdeep earplugs

https://www.alpinehearingprotection.com/en-es/prod...

Although I can still hear her in the worst episodes, but not sure any earplugs would stop that!!

maybe not the answer for the OP's wife..... but I struggle to sleep sometimes and so I started listening to the radio/podcasts etc in bed which helped, but it disturbed the wifes sleep so I bought a bluetooth headband with built in speakers which does the job perfectly, and doesn't have to cover my eyes which I wouldnt want..

Used Bollsen Life series earplugs for the last few years. You can get them direct or on Amazon. Look a bit like the Alpine ones listed further up. For total lockout on my wifes snoring they last about 4 months and then get some new ones. They are fine to use after 4 months but I like them when they are at their most effective!

These plugs are THE best you can get as disposables. You can pick them up from a lot of sales platforms including eBay in job lots.

You have to insert them correctly, roll them between your fingers and then insert deep in the ear canal and let them expand to create a seal. They can be reused but their efficiency wears down after about a week.

I prefer thse:

I find I get a better seal than the laserlites. My wife snores, these are a lifesaver (hers).

The best ear plugs to combat snoring are separate bedrooms

Helpfully we have separate houses but im looking for anc earplugs for when we're together but it seems the loops we already have are the best option.

Bit disappointing but here we are.

Cheers all.

I tried some ANC and they weren't great and not comfortable. I have just purchased a pair of Ultimate Ear squidgy sleep plugs and they are great. The don't knock out everything, so loud noises can still wake me up, but they do a good job.

If it's important to you, is the best solution not going to a proper audiologist and getting some custom ones made?

I have this for my bad sleep, it's not noise cancelling but it's comfortable to wear and I tend to listen to white, pink noise which helps me sleep.
