Can you confirm that the car has air con as I see no button where the button should be for the air con. TIA.

You are correct. I tried to amend the a/c claim and also the fact that there is only rear parking assist, but was too late. Everything else is correct.

Pity the wheels are not the lightweight spyder wheels.
Those wheels are more Cayman s sport design

@traceydeedance yes, they are 19" Sport Design wheels, not the Lightweight that the R came with as standard...still nice wheels and were an option in the brochure.

I have no idea why one tester wrote the distance in kms in fact I couldn't understand it until I noticed it weeks later and realised what he'd done.
I am afraid I don't know what a C16 car is.

@Saulgood - A C16 car is a car built and specced for the UK market, so I think that traceydeedance is possibly wondering is the car is an import due to one of the services showing in kilometres. It will be interesting to know why.

All I know is that the car has lived in my garage since May 21st 2013. It was bought from Porsche Cambridge and the gentleman who sold it to us was Scott Riley, who I believe is still with the company in a senior position. The mileage at that time was 9,720.
Since then it has only been serviced by either Porsche Cambridge (under guarantee, who also replaced a chipped front window) and Auto 2000 in Bedford (Porsche specialists)
Since the date of sale it has been garaged at our house every night except for the time it was at Porsche Cambridge awaiting a replacement PDK gearbox (under guarantee) from July 10th to July 26th 2013. Why the transmission needed replacement I do not know, except for a transmission warning on the dashboard to which Cambridge Porsche immediately decided to replace the gearbox.
Please feel free to ask me anything and, if I can, I will answer your queries.
Andy Cole.

Hi all,

We have run an HPI Check on the car, it was first registered in the UK on 18/5/2011 and does not have any import markers against the reg/chassis.

Hope that helps

Kind regards - Liam PH.

The wheels are not original Cayman R lightweight Spyder alloys, can the description be updated?

Very nice. That colour really suits it.

Thank you. The colour is called "peridot". I agree with you, I think it's fantastic. As a matter of interest I believe it was specially created for the rare
Cayman R, together with a increase in power and weight reduction through aluminium bodywork, lowering the chassis and dropping the a/c.

Also, BTW, she was serviced today at "Auto 2000" in Bedford. They also checked everything working 100%. MOT until May 2027.

Hi Andy,

I have sent a request via the "Book Viewing" link and think that I may have ask if the car can be viewed today when I actually meant tomorrow (Monday). Is a viewing possible? I can do any time to suit.

Thanks,

Simon.

Just saw your request. Morning is difficult, but 2.00pm - 4.00pm is okay if you can make it
