I am genuinely lost for words watching that woman . Clearly her disability is that she is BLOODY MENTAL. I feel so sorry for that community and those people within it.
How very dare you ! Her lineage goes back to way before Scotland was even founded. Despite being born and raised in California, Kellerman said that her father was originally from Lerwick, Shetland, but then grew up in the US.
“I'm Scottish from at least 493AD and most likely even further back,” she said.
“I have every single person on the way to me, including Robert the Bruce and Mary Queen of Scots, in that line somewhere. The point I'm making is I'm Scottish.”

Very much seems like arrogant eccentric narcistic nutter meets small stubborn local community from what I have read of this over time.
No clue how she gets legal aid, from what it sounds like of her wealth.
It's stupid someone can sue the wrong company and they have no come back on legal fees. That should have been on either person doing the suing or the lawyers for them, when it is a clear mistake even though there is legal aid.
The actual place being sued, it sounds like the dog has not been well trained and has been an issue, and she's probably hiding behind a nonsense "assistance" category which effectively is you can call your pet whatever you want. She's implied elsewhere the disability is something reproductive or similar I think it was.
You should know if you move to a small Scottish community it could take a generation or 3 to become ingegrated even at the best of times. To do this on top means she'll never be accepted, particularly if it kills the hub of the community. Rumours are she was Ireland before and basically had issues there hence moving.

Reports that her huge "assistance" dog and her are already barred from a bunch of places. Allegedly shouts at folk if they sit on benches in town, because she thinks they're only for disabled people.Jesus wept.
Nice to see she's only related to scotish royalty

It seems she's popped up on Reddit on a thread, didn't get the response she expected and started deleting her replies.
Claimed this is her:

Surely she would have to demonstrate how the dog's assistance is supporting her claim? And by that she would have to tell us. Jesus wept.
No, you just have to have compassion and respect. f

Its not a service animal then. Presumably the hound is also American, in which case it would be the Americans With Disabilities Act that is the basis fir having it.
There's only 2 questions you can ask of a person with a service animal (legally, under the act)
1. Is it a service animal?
2. What is it trained to do?
So she's talking b
ks. Of course, there's numerous online certificates you can get for "assistance animals"- none of them count for anything.Proper service animals usually take a couple of years to train, silly expensive, and their owners tend to be pretty clued up.

Yeah, this has been doing the rounds for a few weeks.
The lady complainer is clearly experiencing some mental health issues and a spoiled upbringing.
The poor community that have to suffer this horrid individual.
The only bright news is the community groups who have suffered her wrath and chaos have had a lot of donations and offers of free legal help.
Knowing a bit about rural and island communities, I can imagine that this lady is slowly being ostracised and banned from many a place in her local community. And there are not many places to use on an island.
The case begs huge questions of the legal process and charity that supported her bid.
It also opens up big questions about 'support dogs'. My son works at a local supermarket where someone comes in every other day with two alsatians wearing 'support dog' and 'first aid' badges on harness. They nose into the fresh bread in the bakery, wander round off the lead and more. Yet store policy is that you should not question disability as it opens up predjudice.....yet the owner has admitted in the pub that the dogs are pets....
