Suzuki 1.0 Boosterjet reliability / longevity?

Looking at car options for a close relative. A Suzuki with the 1.0 Boosterjet engine looks like it might hit the sweet spot - reasonable performance, good fuel economy, no ULEZ / CAZ problems, chain cam.

I've seen a couple of cars with >100k miles on which look well priced. We have a few diesels in the family with well over 100k miles (one is a small diesel hatch with 220k on it) but I don't have any recent experience with small petrol engines. Is there anything I should be cautious about with the Suzuki Boosterjet, or will they keep going? Can't find much online as they aren't that common in the UK.
