Used BMW 330e - what to look for

Hi all

Looking to get a 330e Estate soon, between 2 and 4 years old, up to 35k miles albeit the lower the better as ill keep for a while.

What do i need to look out for?

What SoC should I expect at that mileage?

I saw an ad for an A6 PHEV with 20k miles and the SoC was 90% which felt low to me.

I would make sure you’re able to drive it with a fully charged battery, so that you can work out if the range is realistic.


For context, I once looked at one and it would only do 12 miles or so on a full charge, which indicated severe degradation on the battery.
