The UK s first speed limited cycleway or not?

There have been one or two headlines in the last couple of days about the path next to the Cambridge Guided Busway now being subject to a monitored 15mph speed limit.

However, I rode a section of it yesterday and three days ago and saw no speed limit signs either on entry or along the route.

So - quite apart from the idea of enforcement being a ludicrous one - how is the average cyclist expected to know about this limit?
