TVR Interchangeable Parts

I have just baught a 1998 4.0L V8 TVR. I was told that some of the parts such as the door actuators and seed sensors are the same as ones used on other types of cars.
If this is true can anyone tell me which cars they are and if any other parts are interchangeable?

a lot of parts are from either ford or vauxhall this includes things like switch gear& rear lights,sure others will add to the list

4.0L V8? Is that a special? Have a look on the Cerbera forum for a list, also do a search.
