WW2 soliders found in the Danube
Discussion
This caught my eye on the BBC website today: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm2gp3zmkpmo
As I read "The bodies of two World War Two German soldiers have been found in Budapest's Danube river, due to record-low water levels" I thought: perhaps that provides an answer for someone that they'd been long hoping for.
Then when I got down to the point where it said "of the two [ID] tags found, one belonged to a Wehrmacht soldier, and the other to a member of the Waffen-SS" I did think: maybe it'll be an answer they wish they never got!
