Advice wanted please on refitting flappy bit at bottom of this aerial.

Never seen before, the aerial should be integrated into the windscreen glass

Looks like an aftermarket DAB aerial. If it was me I'd get a roll of clear double-sided tape.

User "glassman" was looking for an answer to this same problem recently, find that and see what other ideas folk came up with.

It'll still work behind the A-pillar cover provided it's still is connected to a good ground. I'd also consider putting the GPS receiver behind there too.

The ribbon cables for your antenna (the one in the windscreen) shouldn't be showing. Suggests the windscreen is sitting a bit high in the aperture?

Thank you all. Double side clear tape seems simplest and most effective answer.
