I wish they'd grouped the 'general exhibitors' by marque rather than decade. But it's a huge show; other than a possible scrum to get in you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time at the show, very busy, loads of cars etc.

Great to finally meet John, Simpo Two, his Vanquish looks fantastic, absolutely lovely, it was getting loads of attention!!!

Really enjoyed the day and great weather too.

And likewise; I marvel at your mechanical capabilities!

Main issue for me was being stuck miles from the action; made worse by seeing that a couple of the precious T110 slots where you expect to see exotic stuff were occupied by very average Ford Escorts. Indeed on first arrival I had to check if I was in the exhibitor or public area... they really do need to sort the cars out better. And the driveway runs were disappointing; not as many as usual and much time wasted.

Many cars have been added to my fantasy garage, not least a DB4 and SS100 Jaguar. No shortage of Astons, but scattered to the four winds - and I was the only Vanquish!

Yes, great event again. Didn’t go much on the commentary. Don’t know happened to the usual commentator. I did like the AM Rapide with “They all do that sir” on the bottom of the number plate. My sense of humour!

And for Simpo Two, here's a pic from Prescott last Saturday, DB4 with SS100

And what shade of green would that be please? Because Aston Green or non-metallic BRG don't suit the DB4

Fair cop. I can't remember exactly what shade it was but Chiltern Green will do smile
