I’m after some books that change your mindset. I am also after books that will drive and push you out of your comfort zone.

I am determined to alter my mind set and help get myself better and improve my way of life and start my journey

Well you can start by changing your username first.

Second, join a gym.

Third, run a marathon will change your view on life, running 10 marathons will change your life.

Sorry but changing your mindset needs positive training behind it, otherwise you not change anything.

BTW, David Goggins Can't hurt me, is a good book.
The rational male, this is also awesome.

I've looked a bit into stocisim and there are many books I glanced at but never read

I'm also interested in the mindset thing as I am fundamentally a negative person, endlessly anxious and on edge and exploring mental health treatments that could help

Anyway, I'd also be interested in this kind of thing. I think I found some good resources by searching in Google and adding "Reddit" as a keyword

So as an example "best mindset books Reddit".
