New visor for DB12

So the glass in the sun visor cracked last October and I took it to HWM in Surrey and they confirmed it was a warranty issue. Firm suspension sometimes and the visor close to the a frame etc etc.

Anyway they said it would take a while as they are made to order.

Come December and nothing.

Let the months pass and I called up on Friday and was told that they had received the part - in February, but nobody called me.

So it’s going in next week for a quick fit.

Some needs a proverbial kick up the backside at HWM .

At some point, AI robots will do all of this.

Well, except for the installation—it’ll be many years before a robot can do that, considering the practical difficulties I ran into this weekend while repairing a side mirror and a plastic bumper on other makes of cars.

Glad they finally got it sorted, but shocking they sat on it since February and didn’t call you. At least it’s a quick fix next week better late than never.
