Morning,

Anyone else hold RAT? Ive lost £1000s this morning on this FCA report. Sitting it out though as I use them for Dividends and those have not been impacted (yet). Although barely covered by earnings so Ill see how that goes. Going to cost millions to resolve and no growth for a few years as they pause new clients.

Regards

The question is what is or was your rationale for being in it and work back from that. The problem is mixing technical and fundamental analysis, on a technical basis, it's a dog since late Jan and the writing was on the wall from Feb and by Mar it had so many red flags.
But perhaps on a fundamental basis it is a good stock, I have no idea but based on objective assessment if it has momentum towards the downside, what will stop that and also reverse it, that is the only thing you need to know.
If you believe the story then you take a view on your risk tolerence and decide, if you don't know the story often action sooner rather than later is better but on the other hand it could bounce. Clearly a lot of volume.
Whoever put you into this deserves the question of how much is this FCA thing is a problem

Personally if it was me ( NOT Advice) I'd be reducing position size IF I DIDN'T HAVE A FUNDAMENTAL VIEW which was positive over the longer term
