After much thinking I have decided that these two words are what have lead to the country's current state of affairs.
How many times do you here rubbish chavs saying they are "Entitled to" £37,000 a year in benefits, or had a well educated colleague do a poor job because they think that after all their time 'remembering things and writting them down again' they are entitled to 4rse around at work. Ad infinitum.
