Wife and I use btinternet.com email accounts among others)

She can access through their web page but that needed a password change as the webpage was initially saying her account was locked for 20 minutes - but it had been saying that for days.

We have a WiFi connection where we are (France on holiday)

Her iPad and iPhone would not show recent mails. Tried restarting but no change.

Just deleted her account from her iPhone and resetup but get the following screens

Of course We want SSL but either way it connects to BT but no messages. Just redone it and get the spinning wheel as if it is trying to connect.

Suggestions please.

Could be port filtering on whatever random wifi you're using.
