Due to ADHD
"Henderson said that ADHD affected her concentration, memory and ability to process multiple demands simultaneously, particularly in a busy or noisy environment."
Not happy she couldn't attend meeting for her ADHD during work hours.
Joined in 2022 - resigned in 2023.
Is this not someone who couldn't cope with the demands of policework? Is this not why there is a 2 year probation period? So anyone found unsuitable can be fired?
