Access Raised Floor Tiles in Kitchen
Discussion
I'm about to start a 2 storey extension on my house for a new kitchen and bedroom . It's going to be a long term project so I need flexibility. My house has a raised floor , void and floorboards and so will the extension . Hence I'm keen on the idea of easy access for later installation of kitchen units , plumbing, electrics etc. So something like TATE floor times as used in offices/computer room flooring seems a good idea. I wonder if anyone has experience of using it in a residential property . I need to make a decision before I get the foundations planned , so I can get the slab to the required height. Any comments appreciated , I know its going to cost me.
