45/46 in a 40 temporary limit on the M4 - camera flashed .
Discussion
Were these the 2 yellow specs cameras to the left of a gantry?
I recall plod had stopped enforcing temporary limits last years because of "issues".
At some point they will start again..might this be the start?
The plus side is that there is a specific awareness course for motorway awareness in temp limits that is in parallel to the speed awareness course.
Subject to being slow enough of course (and even speeding in the first place I suppose)

Interesting.
I had always thought that the cameras are calibrated so they they would only flash you if you are at or over the 10% +2 level.
No such threshold as 10% +2 any more unfortunately. I had a ticket for 55mph in a 50mph zone. I had always thought that the cameras are calibrated so they they would only flash you if you are at or over the 10% +2 level.
