What was up with it? I'm using it in August.
They had issues with loading cars on the normal ramps and we were forced up a very narrow ramp which took ages and was very stressful in a sports car. Looks like it was permanent repair done at Christmas if no one has anything new to add. Sailed Hull > Rotterdam on 23rd April. I've not gone through Hull before, but once checked in we were sent up a curved ramp like a multistorey carpark. It looks like you could then queue on top of the building but that was empty, so straight over the bridge and boarded through the side of the ship.

Yea that was what was shut for 12 months previously while they argued about who needed to pay apparently. Harpoon said:

Until recently you had to queue up next to the HGV's and use the same entrance then drive up a ramp internally on the ship which was not fun in any sort of car lower than average, also caused longer waits coming off againIt was fine when I went out on 27/04, but on my return 02/05 there was an issue during unloading.
We ended up unloading through the centre of the boat down some huge ramps, which was quite an adventure in a track car, but managed to make it unscathed.
I think if anyone with a splitter or a Porsche was to do it, there for sure would have been some damage.

I've still no idea how I got my R8 up and down it without scuffing the rims, must've been 5mm either side at best, was stressful. We ended up unloading through the centre of the boat down some huge ramps, which was quite an adventure in a track car, but managed to make it unscathed.
