Anyone know Grand Cayman?

An opportunity has arisen for a week’s holiday in Grand Cayman next month. Never been before and don’t know where to start researching!

Anyone been there; tips for sights and things to do etc? Will probably be very happy with beaches and bars!

Swim with turtles is a must do. I think you can also swim with Mantra Rays as well. It’s not a big place.
