Listening to some pathetic leftie religious woman on R4 this morning. Subject, of course, is bloody global warming/CO2/we're all going to die/aren't we terrible etc. Usual old crap then.
Anyway, she goes on about Kyoto and how we trying to get our CO2 emissions down (small clap). Then she says that we buy a lot of things from China. Well done, have a cookie. She then says that the manufacture of such things creates pollution in China. Well, yes I suppose it does.
AND THEN SHE BLAMES BRITS FOR BUYING THE STUFF. So pollution in China is OUR fault. FFS!

Everytime I hear some of these radio discussions really boils my blood, some seriously caged people out there...
The US is actually the worlds greates polluter, and also China's biggest market, so based on this 'dear ladys' theory, its the US'es fault.... dont tell me, its the same lot that blame the worlds ecological disasters on humanity when its been mentioned to death that its the natural ecological cycle of the planet... we cant avoid the next Ice Age... time to build cities at the bottom of the ocean I tell ya...
