Thankfully these Bentleys are not known to corrode or rust, but there is a lot of corrosion on the sills and wheel arches, which can only come from a bad paint repair or water. What is the history of damage and repair, and can you do a paint thickness test and upload please? The service history book has Bentley main dealer stamps in it since 2008?

Hi JJ77,

I’ve just spoken with the seller and he doesn’t have access to a paint depth gauge to carry out any readings unfortunately. In his tenure of the car (since 2012) it has not had any paint repair. We suspect the corrosion is from the combination of stone chips and water ingress, being in a high impact area. Photos and mention of it in the description has been mentioned and the car has been reserved accordingly. The car is supplied with part service history.
